NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing
I. A Public Hearing is scheduled on proposed amendments to the Wetlands Buffer Zone Restrictions Section 409.9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
II. A Public Hearing is scheduled on proposed amendments to the Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Section 415 of the Zoning Ordinance.
III. A Public Hearing is scheduled on proposed amendments to the Site Plan Review Regulations which include (a) Architectural, (b) Landscaping, (c) Noise, (d) As-Built Drawings, and (e) Lighting Standards.
Documentation of the proposed amendments is available for public review at the following locations:
1. Town Clerk's Office,
2. North Hampton Public Library and
3. Town Services Office ? 2nd Floor of Police Station - Entrance in Rear of Building).
